Second International Mugham Festival starts in Azerbaijan

Baku is hosting the Second International Mugham Festival today. Young
people are expected to perform, ANS reports.

Foreign specialists are among the contest judges. The festival will
open at the International Mugham Center, organized with support of the
Heydar Aliyev Fund, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Azerbaijani
Composer Union. The festival will last 8 days.

The First International Mugham Festival was held in 2009.
