Georgian deputy foreign minister visits Saudi Arabia

The Georgian and Saudi Arabian Ministers of Foreign Affairs have held
their first talks in Riyadh, Trend reports.


The Georgian delegation is headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister David
Jalagania. It is the first visit of a Georgian delegation to Saudi
Arabia.


They met the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Nizar Bin Obaid Madani,
head of the inter-parliament group for friendship with Georgia
Mohammed bin saad Abulaziz al-Salem, Trade and Industry Minister Bin
Zeinal Ali Reze, chairman of the Trade Chamber Adulrakhman ali
Al-Jerey and Director General of the Export Program of the Development
Fund Ahmed Al-Ranam.


The sides discussed bilateral and multilateral relations and prospects
of developing economic and trade ties. The Georgian side gave detailed
information on economic reforms and investment opportunities.
