Azerbaijani President expresses condolences to Putin over An-148 plane crash

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the recent An-148 plane crash near Moscow.

"I am deeply shocked by the news of the plane crash in the Moscow Region, which has claimed many lives," President Aliyev said in his letter. 

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on his own behalf, he expressed his sincere condolences to Vladimir Putin, the families and friends of the deceased and the entire people of Russia
