Azerbaijan FM: Armenia continues to undermine negotiation process on Karabakh conflict

The attempted provocation, made by the Armenian Armed Forces on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border yesterday, testifies again to Armenia's policy of impeding the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev said.
