Armenia extradites Iranian convicts

Armenia extradited 24 Iranian convicts to Iran on February 11, the
press-secretary of the Justice Ministry, Karine Kalantaryan, told News
Armenia.

She noted that Armenia had over 70 prisoners from Iran. The sides are
planning to sign agreements on extraditing them.

Armenian prisons hold over 200 foreign prisoners. The Justice Ministry
ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies to work on
extraditing them to their homelands.
