Russia tests new nuclear electric rocket

Russia has finished testing of the small nuclear electric rocket for cruise missiles and autonomous underwater vehicles, the military-diplomatic source told journalists.

The representative of the military-diplomatic circles also said that the Russian side signaled the intractable Western partners about the futility of their attempts to neutralize its strategic capabilities by the missile defense systems they are developing.
