US Congress develops 80-page document on Abkhazia, South Ossetia

Experts from the US Congress have developed an 80-page document on Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Trend reports. The document is about ways of settlement conflicts in Georgia and the role of America in this process.

One of the authors of the document, Samuel Sharap, stated that the governments of Georgia, the US, the EU and other countries consider Abkhazia and South Ossetia as parts of Georgia. They believe that Russia should put its military forces back to the positions taken by them before August 2008. This group considers Russian occupation of Georgian territories illegal.
