Turkey’s Deputy Minister of Defense speaks about his grandfather

Today, Deputy Defense Minister Shuai Alpay spoke about his grandfather, taking part in the opening ceremony of the International football tournament between the parliamentary teams of different countries, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Milli Mejlis (parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
