Deputy Chief of Police of Georgian Supsa caught on bribes
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe deputy head of the police department of Supsa in Lanchkhut district (Guria region) was detained in Georgia for a bribe, the website of the Georgian Interior Ministry reported.
According to the investigation, the accused systematically demanded money from some B.P., in exchange providing his protection, while the bribe-taker appropriated secretly and sold fuel for special equipment, Georgia Online reports.
The bribe taker has already confirmed the fact of regular bribery and expressed his readiness to cooperate with the investigation. The accused policeman can spend six to nine years in prison.
