OPEC says when to expect oil market rebalancing

The latest discussions of the joint technical committee of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC producers in Vienna concluded that the oil market will see a rebalancing between Q2 and Q3 this year.

This comes as global inventories shrank further in February, Bloomberg quoted people familiar with the matter, as saying.
