Georgian Foreign Minister to visit Qatar

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze is going to pay an official two-day visit to Qatar. This is the first visit of the Georgian top official to this country, Trend cites Deputy Georgian Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze.

According to Kalandadze, the Georgian side is interested in economic issues, as well as the development of bilateral relations in general.

"The implementation of several interesting projects in the energy sector has been planned. Talks on investing in the energy sector will be held during the visit. Our desire is also to deepen the legal framework between the states," Kalandadze said.
