Will Turkey hold early presidential and parliamentary elections?
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe Turkish ruling party will evaluate a call for early presidential and parliamentary elections, Turkey's deputy prime minister Bekir Bozdag said today.
The leader of Turkey's nationalist party, Devlet Bahceli, said the elections scheduled for November 2019 should be brought forward.
Bahceli suggested Aug. 26, 2018 as a possible date and said that "there is no point in prolonging this any longer," ABC news reported.
Presidential, parliamentary and municipal elections are expected to be held in Turkey in 2019. The parliamentary and presidential elections are expected to be held on the same day.
