Turkey's CHP nominates Kılıçdaroğlu as presidential candidate

Turkey's main opposition Republican People's Party's (CHP) nominated its leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu as the presidential candidate.

According to the Turkish media, his candidacy was supported by 85% of the party's members.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said yesterday that Turkey’s presidential and parliamentary elections will be held on June 24, 2018.
