Russia approves rules for access to oil pipelines

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has approved the rules for
connections to oil trunk pipelines and for accounting business
entities which are engaged in oil production. A governmental decree on
this issue was published on Monday on the website of the Cabinet, RIA
Novosti reports.

"These rules shall govern the non-discriminatory access to oil
production facilities connecting to the main oil pipelines, as well as
the accounting business entities engaged in the oil production," the
document says.
