Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaEverything in Baku tournaments is just how it's supposed to be, Romanian gymnast Ana Luiza Filiorianu said, speaking with the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza after the qualification round with clubs and ribbon routines in Baku.
"I enjoyed my performance today. There was a problem with my knee this morning, I couldn't work, in the warm-up I was almost ready to retire from the competitions, but I got over it and I got very good competitions today," she noted in the first place.
"It's already my fourth time here. And it's one of my favorite competitions. It's very well organized. Everything is just how it's supposed to be. A lot of place to do warm-up, the hall is amazing. Everything is very good," Ana Luiza Filiorianu concluded.
The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is being at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 27-29. Some 127 gymnasts from 26 countries are participating in the tournament. Depending on the results of the qualification, the winners of all-around and the participants of the finals in individual apparatus in both types of programs will be determined. Athletes will compete for 8 medal sets.
