Siyana Vasileva: Winning medals in Baku feels great!

Winning in your home town feels great, member Azerbaijani rhythmic gymnastics team Siyana Vasileva said in an interview with Vestnik Kavkaza, after they won bronze medal in competitions with five hoops.

"Of course, we're very happy that we won this bronze medal. We're participating in the World Cup that is held in our country for the third time, but before today we can't deal with excitement because of the sense of responsibility. But today everything went well, it feels good, we're very happy," Siyana Vasileva stressed.

The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup was held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 27-29.  Some 127 gymnasts from 26 countries participated in the tournament. Athletes competed for 8 medal sets.
