CE appoints new representative to Georgia

The Council of Europe will appoint a new representative to Georgia,
Jean Louis Loran, the CE director for political and democracy affairs,
said at Tbilisi airport today, Georgia Online reports.

He said that Catherina Bolognese will be appointed. She is part of
Loran's delegation.
