Georgia to fine pedestrians for breaking traffic rules

In Georgia the authorities are to enforce strict traffic rules not only for drivers but also for pedestrians. According to amendments to the new Administrative Offence Code, a pedestrian breaching traffic regulations will be fined 3 lari (almost 2 dollars). If his actions cause injury to another person or damage to a car, the fine will be 100 lari.
