Cleaning women’s riot led to inspections in Makhachkala

Earlier, Dagestan's media reported that on May 22nd, 15 cleaners of the local cleaning company organized a mass picket in the capital of the republic. According to journalists, the reason was salary delays.

Women said that they did not receive money after a conflict between the cleaning company and the city administration. The administration promised to pay and transfer them to another company, Gorzelenhoz, which is currently cleaning the city, but the new company actually left women without work
