Sarkisyan appoints and dismisses officials in Armenia

Armenia's President Armen Sarkisyan signed the decrees dismissing Armen Abrahamyan as national security border troops commander and appointing Vaghinak Sarkisyan to this position. 

The president also appointed Grigori Hayrapetov as chief of state guard of the National Security Service. 

By another decree, Sarkissian dismissed Hrachyan Harutyunyan from this position, ARKA reported.
