OSCE to monitor Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe OSCE will monitor the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line of forces near the village of Bala Jafarli in Azerbaijan’s Gazakh District and the village of Kayan in Armenia on March 1, the press-service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reports.
Monitoring from the Azerbaijani side will be carried out by the coordinator of the office of the personal representative of the OSCE chairman, Imre Palatinus, and field assistant Antal Herdic.
Monitoring on the opposite side, on the recognized territory of Azerbaijan, will be monitored by the personal assistants of the OSCE chairman Christo Christov, William Pryor and Jaslan Nurtazin.
