Robert Plant opens Black Sea Jazz Festival in Georgia (VIDEO)

Robert Plant, English singer, songwriter and musician, best known as the lead singer of the rock band Led Zeppelin, opened the 12th Black Sea Jazz Festival at Black Sea Arena last night.

Robert Plant, 69, spent almost 90 minutes on stage performing some of the iconic songs of Led Zeppelin including Babe I’m Gonna Leave You and Whole Lotta Love, as well as songs from his later repertory created with the band Sensational Space Shifters, Agenda.ge reported.

The 12th Black Sea Jazz Festival will continue until July 22 and host other renowned musicians in Batumi including Erykah Badu, Wyclef Jean and Robert Glasper.
