Kazakhstan presidential elections to stress legitimacy of Nazarbayev rule

The early presidential elections in Kazakhstan are the only way to solve the country's problems, presidential aide Yermukhambet Yertysbayev said. “A referendum was the wrong decision as it raised doubts as to the legitimacy of power.
