SOCAR, McDermott to cooperate in Caspian pipeline construction

Today Azerbaijan's SOCAR and McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc. signed a contract on strategic cooperation in the sphere of pipeline construction in the Caspian Sea.

The alliance will implement contract work within the framework of developing the Azeri sea deposits “Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli.”
This contract will be the basis for future development of effective cooperation between the parties in implementation of major projects in the Caspian Sea.
