Bus drives into ditch on German highway

A passenger bus has driven into a ditch beside a highway in northeastern Germany and turned over, the local police said.

Six people were seriously injured as a result of the accident and a further 10 slightly hurt, AP reported.

The incident happened early Friday at Linstow, near Rostock, on the A19 highway heading toward Berlin, DPA reported.

The cause wasn't immediately clear.
