Euro exchange rate reaches 78 rubles

The ruble fell against the dollar and the euro today on the Moscow exchange, according to the Russian Central Bank.

The euro rose 0.20 rubles and was worth 78.05 rubles.

The dollar exchange rate increased by 0.15 rubles and was worth 67.42 rubles.
