Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva open Baku Book Center (PHOTO)

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first vice president Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening the Baku Book Center.

The center was established on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
