Krasnodar region strengthens ties with Turkey

The administration of Krasnodar has organized an official reception of the Consul General of Turkey, Yuga.ru reports. The meeting took place between the recently-appointed Consul General of Turkey, Yavuzom Kyulem, and the head of the Krasnodar region, Vladimir Evlanov.

The head of the city noted the business contracts between the capital of Kuban and Turkey.

 In 2010, trade between Russia and Turkey amounted to $26 billion and trade between the Krasnodar region and Turkey amounted to $2.5 billion.
