Ilham Aliyev received OSCE Secretary General

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Secretary General of the OSCE Thomas Greminger, Azertac reports.

This is Greminger's first visit to Azerbaijan since he was appointed OSCE Secretary General in July of last year.
