Azerbaijani judoist wins bronze medal at World Championships in Baku

Azerbaijani judoist Gidayat Heydarov won a bronze medal at the 2018 World Judo Championships, which takes place in Baku, Trend reports.

Heydarov (weight category up to 73 kg) in the bout for the third place won a representative of Mongolia Tsogtbaatar Tsend-Ochir.

Thus, the Azerbaijani national judo team won its first medal in the World Judo Championships.
