The early parliamentary elections should be held as soon as possible, within 2-3 months, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said following his meeting with the head of the faction of the Republican Party of Armenia Vahram Baghdasaryan.

It was the first contact with the representative of RPA concerning holding early parliamentary elections.

Pashinyan noted that at the moment the Republican Party has not given consent on holding early parliamentary elections, adding that it is impossible to come to a decision after one meeting.

Baghdasaryan, in turn, said that they have agreed with the PM to continue with the negotiations. He added that if one political force is against early parliamentary elections, elections should not be held, since the future parliament has to reflect the wish of all the forces, News.am reported.
