Putin dismissed governor of St. Petersburg

Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko. 

He offered him to chair executive board of the United Shipbuilding Corporation’s. 

Current presidential envoy to the Central Federal District of Russia, Alexander Beglov, was offered the post of St. Petersburg governor.
