Najjar: US presence in Afghanistan poses danger to regional security

The American military presence in Afghanistan and plans to establish regular military bases in this country do not coincide with the interests of regular security, according to Iranian Minister of the Interior Mostafa Mohammad Najjar, RIA Novosti reports.

He stated that the US came to Afghanistan promising to strengthen stability in it, but their presence only aggravated instability and drug production.
