Kyrgyz Foreign Minister resigns

Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldayev tendered resignation, the press service of the foreign ministry reported.

"Having worked as Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan for 6 years, I tendered resignation and the head of state accepted the resignation," Abdyldayev said.

"I thank all my colleagues and primarily workers of the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan for cooperation," AKIpress cited him as saying.

"Thanks to all who trusted and supported me," Abdyldayev added.
