Police call blast at Moscow FSB academy hooliganism

Moscow police called the blast at a bus stop near the Russian FSB academy hooliganism and a case of illegal arms and explosives trafficking. Earlier reports said that a criminal case was initiated on terrorism charges, RIA Novosti reports.

Specialists said that the bomb was equivalent to 200-400g of TNT. It was filled with projectiles.
The blast happened at Michurinsky Avenue, 70. No one was injured. Several vehicles parked nearby received minor damage.
