Assad holds meeting with liberated Syrians

Syrian President Bashar Assad met with residents of the Syrian province of Suwayda, liberated from the captivity of ISIS terrorists.

"This is the last group of freed hostages, but no one has forgotten and will not forget about other kidnapped and missing people in other parts of Syria. The state and all its institutions see their problem as a priority and intends to reach them and release them by all possible means," RIA Novosti cited  Assad's press service a s saying.

On November 8, Syria’s and Russia's armies freed a group of 19 women and children who were abducted by ISIS during a raid on the province in July.
