Explosion at Nalchik hippodrome

In the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, Nalchik, an explosive device went off on the roof of the VIP box at the city's racetrack at 12:50 local time, reports RIA Novosti. 30 people have been injured. 24 of whom have been hospitalized, 6 of whom refused hospitalization. According to preliminary data, the explosive force of the device amounted to 5 kg of TNT.
