Russian president expresses condolence to Japanese premier

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has made a telephone call to Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan to express his condolences on the natural disaster and discuss ways of helping Japan, Medvedev’s press-secretary Natalya Timakova said.

Kan thanked Medvedev for his attention and the support that Russia has already started providing.
