Russian central bank's deputy governor retires

Alexander Torshin has started his work in the Russian Central Bank in 2015, Interfax recalls.
Torshin was hit by U.S. sanctions in April along with a number of Russian businessmen and government officials under the Specially Designated Nationals List (SDN List).
