Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak believes that producers and consumers were comfortable with current oil prices.

"The spike up to $86 was short-term, largely driven by the Iran factor," he noted.

"Now the prices have retreated, although uncertainty around Iran remains to some extent," TASS cited Novak as saying.

At the same time, according to the Russian energy minister, most of this risk has been priced in already.
