Media center of Sochi Olympics to start work in 2013

The main media center for the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi will open by 2013, Yuga.ru reports, citing the press service of the Department of the Krasnodar Region for the Preparations for the Olympics.

The media center will be located next to the entrance to the Olympic Park.
 
The building will be designed to withstand earthquakes of a magnitude up to 9 points.

The media center will have a press center able to accommodate from 15-17 thousand people, a TV center, etc.

After the Olympics the media center will be converted in one of the largest shopping centers in the Kuban territory.
