Lavrov to visit Baku in mid-December

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will arrive in Baku in mid-December, the Russian Foreign Ministry's spokesperson Maria Zakharova told the briefing.

According to her, Lavrov will arrive in the Azerbaijani capital to attend a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), to be held in Baku on December 14, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reported.
