Armenia and Georgia to sign memorandum on cooperation

Armenia and Georgia plan to sign a memorandum on cooperation in transport and communications, said the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Armenia, Business-Georgia reports.

According to the source, on March 17 a Georgian delegation headed by the minister of regional development and infrastructure of Georgia, Ramaz Nikolaishvili, will arrive in Armenia for a two-day visit. During the meetings the sides will discuss issues of bilateral interest, particularly transport and road construction.  

Special attention will be paid to the improvement of roads and the organization of cargo and passenger traffic.
