Moscow commemorates martyrs of Black January

On January 20th, the Azerbaijan Embassy to Russia held a special event devoted to commemoration of 132 victims of Black January - the bloody attack at Baku residents by Soviet troops, ordered by Soviet Union President Mikhail Gorbachev.
