Military attaché to be appointed at Armenian embassy in Kiev

Armenia plans to appoint military attaché at its embassy in Ukraine, the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Defense reported.

The draft on the creation of the relevant staff is included in the agenda of the government meeting on January 24. The question was brought up for discussion by the Cabinet of Ministers of Defense.

According to the draft, the appointment of a military attache at the Armenian embassy in Ukraine will give a new impetus to the Armenian-Ukrainian military, military-political and military-technical ties, help develop cooperation in these areas.

It will also provide an opportunity to follow the military and military-political developments and processes in the countries of Eastern Europe, News.am reported.
