Erdogan appoints Turkish ambassador to Vatican

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has appointed Lutfullah Goktas as new ambassador to the Vatican, Resmi Gazete reported.

Earlier, Goktas was the press-secretary of President Erdogan.

Turkey recalled Ambassador Mehmet Pachachi from the Vatican previously.
