Trump: Republicans and Democrats should work together

U.S. President Donald Trump delivered his second State of the Union speech Tuesday night, calling on Democrats and Republicans to work together.

The president noted that millions of our U.S. citizens are watching them now, "gathered in this great chamber", hoping that they will "govern not as two parties but as one nation."

"The Congress is eager to pass an infrastructure bill," Trump noted, stressing that he is eager to work with them on "legislation to deliver new and important infrastructure investment."

"This is not an option. This is a necessity," CNBC cited the U.S. leader as saying.
