Transporter LLC cuts off 5,000 Tbilisi families from gas

According to Kaztransgaz-Tbilisi, Transporter LLC, carrying out construction work between Machavariani Street and the turn to Lake Lisi in Tbilisi, damaged a 500-mm gas pipeline and thus deprived gas supplies for 5 thousand Tbilisi families.

Since the damage was insignificant, it was quickly repaired, the gas supply to consumers will be restored at 19:00 Moscow time, Sputnik-Georgia reports.

At the same time, Kaztransgaz-Tbilisi called on construction companies not to conduct work without permission, but to coordinate them with the gas distribution operator.
