Turkey seizes illicit cargo transited to Iran

The authorities of Turkey seized cargo forbidden under UN sanctions against Iran during the examination of an Iranian plane, Radio Svoboda reports.

Seven members of the crew were also held briefly

After the confiscation the plane was able to leave the territory of Turkey.
