Ilham Aliyev pardons more than 400 people

Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree pardoning prisoners.

The list of released persons was published on the website of the Azerbaijani leader.

By his decree president pardoned 421 people, of whom 399 were released from the remainder of their prison term, 11 - from conditional imprisonment, and 12 - from fines.

In addition, the sentences of three life imprisoned prisoners were reduced, Interfax-Yug reports.
